The Purpose of Yulop(pronounced as you loop)is to "Enrich Life Around Location".It was originally concevied by Sri during his Masters,to build a local knowledge community.This idea took a business shape in the summer of 2007 when sri and mak came together with a passion to build a company focussed on LBS space in India.Over a period of time,this evolved into a content driven company focussed on building right set of Geotagged contents for india.Yulop sources across many cities in India and servers gobal clients with rich-dataset information which is very useful for building Location Based Services and to address large set of mobile users in India.

As he is popularly known, has vast experience (over 20 years) in IT, Semiconductor and Telecom industries in world class organizations such as Wipro, Texas Instruments and Nokia. A pragmatic person with expertise in Product Design, Customer Support, Quality & Environmental Management Systems and Six Sigma, he is a perfect team man to take up any kind of business challenges. In his previous role as the Head of Quality at Nokia India operations at Chennai, he was a key part of the Management Team that established a world-class and the world’s largest mobile manufacturing facility within a short span of 3 years. A highly energetic and passionate person, MAK has a very strong analytical and problem solving mind. He believes in strong value system that forms the basic of any organization for long term sustenance. MAK has a post-graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
Sridhar G, Co-Founder & Director: Sri
As he is popularly called, is a web evangelist, an avid admirer of technology, one who brings innovation to a new spectrum along with his expertise in building web products,Mobile applications and strong communication skills. A post graduate in Internet Technology and e-commerce from University of Greenwich (London), Sri brings in work experience from companies such as EDS, Yellowtag which he was earlier a part of. A energetic and a person with high Entrepreneurial spirit, Sri specializes in spinning up new technologies and brings his expertise in building web products, Integration solutions and working for Investment banking products. Sri is part of many social services and has been actively involved in building community activities. Sri Architects and oversees the technology operations @ Yulop.
Viswanadha Raju, CMO: Vishi
As he popularly called, Excelled in fields as diverse as Financial Services, FMCG and Automobiles. Successful Sales and Marketing Career track record of close to 10 years with Tata Motors, Marico, ICICI and HSBC. B Tech & Post Graduate in Marketing (MDI, Gurgaon).
Business Advisor:
N Muralidharan, Business Advisor
Muralidharan was the MD & VP of JobStreet.com India Pvt Ltd. He launched the India operations in the year 2000 for this Pan Asian portal and in April 2006 negotiated a successful sale of the Indian Unit to TV 18. He is presently pursuing his personal interests by involving with academia, coaching, mentoring and consulting. Murali has a vast industry experiences in leading large organizations such as Informix International Inc as their Managing Director for South Asia, SGI Inc as their General Manager & Country Head, Wipro Ltd as the Vice President for Solutions and System Integration Division, apart from working with organizations like Modi Xerox, Tata Burroughs (now part of TCS) and Bharat Gears Ltd. Murali is a Mechanical Engineer from VJTI, Mumbai and also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management. He is an active public speaker and member of various management associations and professional bodies.

Yulop is currently funded by FFF’s and we have been able to successfully bring it up to reasonable shape and size.
